Personal Information that We Sell

Under California law, "share" means disclosing your personal information by us to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, in exchange for money or anything else of value. Thus, when we use the term "share" under this section, we are using it in the narrow meaning of how it is defined under California law. Note that if You are logged into Your online account, We will process such request for offline sales also, but if We only can identify Your device or browser, We will only be able to apply the request to that specific device or browser and only for cookie or pixel based selling and sharing. In order to designate an authorized agent to act on Your behalf You must provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, and Your authorized agent must submit that written proof at the time they make the request on Your behalf.

We do not "sell" or "share" Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under State Privacy Laws).

Verification Procedures

In order to verify requests made pursuant to State Privacy Laws, We may require at least two (2) pieces of identifying information (e.g., email address, street address, etc.) that match information maintained by Us. In some cases, We may require additional identifying information and a signed declaration attesting to Your identity. If You do not respond to Our emails or other communications, or fail to timely provide information We request, We may be unable to fulfill Your request.

If You would like an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on Your behalf, please have the authorized agent send an email containing Your name, email address, phone number, and type of request to [email protected]. We will need to contact You as these requests will include additional validation steps as appropriate depending on the nature of the request. In situations where We receive a request from an authorized agent on Your behalf, We may (1) require signed proof that the agent is, in fact, authorized to act on Your behalf; and (2) take steps to verify Your identity.

We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other Websites, including Websites operated by Our business partners or other third parties, including Websites that might be co-branded with Our name. Persons Under Ages 13 and 18

Our Services and activities are intended for persons 18 or older. If You are under 18, You may not access or attempt to access any areas or participate in any activities.

We reserve the right to request any and all applicable proof of identification and consent proof from Our users, at any moment, without prior notice, and at Our sole and final discretion. Upon the failure to provide such proof of age, we reserve the right to immediately freeze, block or cancel any account, with no liability.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time without notice, in whole or in part, at any moment.
